conference, on this date and any/ all subsequent meetings or conferences including any statement made or

document prepared for the conference(s) by any party, advocate or other participants, are privileged and

confidential, and shall not be disclosed in any subsequent proceedings or construed for any purpose as an

admission against interest. The phrase documents prepared for the conference by any party, advocate or other

participant shall not be deemed to apply to any settlement agreement reached. Any settlement agreement

reached shall be reduced into writing and, when entered on court record and signed by the judge or magistrate

and all parties to the agreement, shall be binding. The parties agree not to summon the mediator as a witness or

to produce any documents submitted to the mediator in any subsequent proceedings. In no event will a mediator

voluntarily testify on behalf of a party.
